A couple weeks ago we went to the lake with Grandma Wright, Aunt Tone, Monika and cousins. Brekka got to experience the great outdoors for the first time! She did really well considering it was pretty hot and muggy. She fell fast asleep after I stripped her down to her diaper and gave her my cotton sun dress to snuggle. Getting to sleep on her tummy was a real treat. She curled up like a stink bug and crashed for at least a couple hours. I can't wait for next summer when Brekka is old enough to play and enjoy the water. However, I will always cherish this memory of my tiny stink bug all cozy in the sun. :)
